Vehicle Mechanic Job Type:

Full-Time About the Position We are looking for a dependable, experienced Vehicle Mechanic to maintain and repair our company vehicles and work trucks. This position will be responsible for keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and ready for daily operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on mechanic who can diagnose problems, perform preventative maintenance, and complete repairs efficiently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair company cars, trucks, vans, and work vehicles Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections Perform oil changes, brake repairs, tire service, and fluid services Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, and steering issues Troubleshoot check-engine lights and other vehicle warning systems Inspect vehicles for safety and mechanical issues Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance Identify potential problems before they result in costly breakdowns Coordinate outside repairs when specialized services are required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Ensure company vehicles are properly maintained and ready for use Qualifications Previous professional automotive or fleet mechanic experience preferred Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Experience working on trucks and commercial vehicles is a plus Ability to use diagnostic equipment and common mechanic tools Valid driver's license and good driving record Ability to work independently and manage multiple vehicles Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to lift equipment and parts and perform physical work as required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, steady employment Health/Dental/Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Opportunity for overtime A professional, team-oriented work environment

$26.25 - $31.61 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
