Automotive Technician | Import Vehicles Martinsburg, WV | Full-Time We're seeking an Automotive Technician with import vehicle experience to join our growing service team. If you have experience diagnosing and repairing Hyundai, Kia, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Subaru, Volkswagen, Mazda, or other import vehicles, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career. Enjoy a flat-rate compensation structure with earning potential of $60,000 to $125,000+ per year, a consistent flow of work, manufacturer and technical training opportunities, and a team-oriented environment that values your expertise and performance. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, drivability, and electrical concerns Perform brake, steering, suspension, and HVAC repairs Utilize OEM scan tools and factory diagnostic equipment Read and interpret wiring diagrams and factory service information Perform warranty repairs, recalls, and manufacturer campaigns Service and repair hybrid and electric vehicles Diagnose and repair Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Conduct vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance services Document repair recommendations and completed repairs accurately Collaborate with service advisors and parts personnel to ensure timely repairs and exceptional customer satisfaction Compensation Flat Rate Compensation | $60,000 - $125,000+ Earning Potential Top performers have the opportunity to earn a highly competitive income based on productivity, skill level, and performance .
Requirements:
