Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Automotive Technician to lead our automotive repair team. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on complex automotive electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems using advanced tools and schematics. Repair and overhaul powertrain components including transmissions, diesel engines, and drivetrain systems to factory specifications. Conduct specialized repairs such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), auto body work, welding, and heavy equipment maintenance when necessary. Execute routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, brake repairs, shocks & struts replacement, and suspension system repairs. Utilize hand tools and power tools skillfully to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components with precision. Read and interpret detailed schematics to troubleshoot issues efficiently across diverse vehicle makes and models, including GM vehicles. Lead quality control inspections to ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer guidelines while providing excellent customer service. Skills Must have verifiable experience with a wide range of jobs, including engine and transmission work from swaps, to internal head gaskets , timing chains, torque converters and valve bodies. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, ADAS calibration, diesel engine repair, and powertrain diagnostics. Proficiency with schematics interpretation, mechanical systems repair, and the use of diagnostic software tools. Skilled in automotive suspension system repair, wheel alignment procedures, brake system overhaul, and tire service. Experience working with transmissions—manual but primarily automatic.. Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using a variety of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and auto body repair techniques.
