Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled R&R (Removal & Replacement) Technician to join our dynamic automotive repair team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicle systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure vehicles are restored to optimal condition, providing exceptional service to our customers. Duties Perform removal and replacement of vehicle components such as engines, transmissions, suspension parts, brakes, shocks & struts, and electrical systems using hand tools and power tools. Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately and efficiently. Repair or replace mechanical systems including diesel engines, powertrain components, and mechanical systems repair. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical and mechanical problems. Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, and brake repairs. Using equipment when necessary to repair or modify vehicle parts or structures. Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Qualifications Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry with dealership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, Schematics reading. Hands-on experience with diesel engine repair, transmissions, suspension systems, and brake repair. Familiarity with heavy equipment mechanics and auto estimating processes is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic tools effectively. Mechanical knowledge of automotive service procedures including oil changes, wheel alignments, shocks & struts replacement. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Valid certifications in automotive diagnostics or relevant technical training are highly desirable.
