Posted 02/2026 Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Avionics Technician to join our team at Air Aviation. The ideal candidate will have experience working in avionics installation and repair, including some exposure to ATP (Acceptance Test Procedures). This role requires a hands-on technician who can expertly install, crimp, terminate, and secure wire harnesses while adhering to our high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Install, crimp, terminate, and secure wire harnesses in aircraft systems according to engineering specifications. Perform ATP and troubleshooting on avionics systems to ensure functionality and compliance with industry standards. Work with blueprints and schematics to wire and assemble avionics systems and components. Diagnose and repair issues with electrical and avionics systems. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures. Collaborate with other team members, engineers, and supervisors to support avionics projects. Requirements High school diploma or GED; technical certification in avionics or electronics is preferred. Experience in aviation, particularly with avionics systems and wire harness installation. Familiarity with ATP and avionics testing procedures. Proficiency in crimping, terminating, and securing wire harnesses. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Why Join Us?
