Will be leading a team of technicians performing the following tasks. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on corporate aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on airframe and powerplant systems Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and maintenance documentation Complete accurate maintenance records and logbook entries Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards Collaborate with team members, inspectors, and management to meet deadlines and operational goals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
