What you'll do A Service Technician is an exciting blend of problem solver and skilled processor. A successful technician will diagnose problems with bicycles, communicate these issues with the service leader or manager, and complete the repair accurately and in a timely manner. Mechanical aptitude and tool familiarity are necessary. The technician will also receive professional job training to hone their skill and they will be loved by the customers they serve!

Position Responsibilities:

Provide an exemplary customer experience Assist customers on the sales floor Help with store operations, upkeep and cleanliness as needed Repairs, maintenance and cleaning on all types of bicycles Build and Assemble New Bikes Continuous training on proper techniques and methods

Position Requirements:
