We're looking for experienced, friendly, and reliable bike mechanics who enjoy working independently and providing exceptional customer service. If you love bikes, enjoy meeting people, and want freedom in your schedule, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Travel to customers' homes and workplaces throughout San Diego County. Diagnose, repair, and tune all types of bicycles, including road, mountain, hybrid, kids, and e-bikes. Perform tune-ups, flat repairs, brake and drivetrain adjustments, safety inspections, and accessory installations. Educate customers on recommended repairs and preventative maintenance. Deliver a five-star customer experience on every visit. Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional bicycle mechanic experience (shop or mobile service preferred). Strong mechanical knowledge of modern bicycle components and repair techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. You Must Provide Your own reliable vehicle (SUV, van, truck, or similar) capable of transporting your tools and bike repair equipment. Your own professional bicycle repair tools. Smartphone for scheduling and customer communication. Ability to safely transport common replacement parts and supplies.
