Bike Mechanic

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (other duties may be assigned) Service and repair components such as brake bleeds, bearing installation, suspension overhauls, truing wheels, tubeless tire installation, derailleur tuning/adjustment, and final quality control check Diagnose and resolve issues within fleet bikes and for guest bikes Effectively communicate repair details to guests and other mechanics as needed Communicates with management for any parts needed for stock or specific bike repairs Maintain a clean and safe workplace, follow policies and procedures, and work as a team with staff
