Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to assist with the general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our facility. This position is responsible for helping ensure the building, equipment, and surrounding areas are safe, clean, and operating properly. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and general repairs throughout the facility. Respond to maintenance requests and complete assigned work orders. Inspect the facility and report maintenance or safety concerns. Perform basic repairs and adjustments as needed. Assist with preventive maintenance and routine inspections. Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies. Assist with facility setup, moves, and other general maintenance needs. Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when necessary. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous maintenance or facilities experience required. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious. Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to maintenance needs. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and lift as required. Ability to perform general physical maintenance tasks.
