Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC & R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install, service, and maintain various appliances including kitchen equipment and refrigeration units. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and mechanical drawings to diagnose issues accurately. Conduct air conditioning repairs and ensure all mechanical systems operate efficiently and safely. Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during complex maintenance or repair projects when necessary. Experience Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical diagrams effectively. Hands-on experience with appliance installation, maintenance, and repair across various types of equipment. Knowledge of

technology including air conditioning systems and refrigeration units. Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices in commercial or industrial settings. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues quickly. Customer service experience is highly valued to ensure positive interactions with clients while providing maintenance support.
