Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate would possess the necessary skills to identify and make repairs, and advise clients on proper pool care. In addition, the technician would be responsible for handling customer complaints promptly and efficiently. Salary would be based on years of experience. Responsibilities Inspect pool equipment for functionality and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Repairing, maintaining, and cleaning swimming pool equipment. Keeping detailed records of service, repairs, and parts. Professionally communicate with clients regarding pool issues and provide recommendations for improvements and repairs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all duties. Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to pool systems and equipment. Requirements Proven experience as a repair technician within the pool maintenance industry is required. Minimum of Three (3) years of verifiable experience in pool repair/maintenance, troubleshooting with motos, pumps, heaters, and electronic controls, and salt/chlorination systems. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair and maintain pool equipment effectively.. Proficient knowledge of pool maintenance and cleaning procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work is required for this position. Candidates must pass a criminal background check and drug test to be considered for employment.
