Evans Realty is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations at Summer Water Apartment Homes in Gadsden, Alabama. This role is responsible for ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained while delivering excellent service to residents. Perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs and maintenance Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors and service providers Maintain and track maintenance inventory and supplies Ensure all work orders are completed efficiently and accurately Assist in preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life Maintain a clean and organized work environment Prior experience in apartment or property maintenance preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of maintenance issues EPA certification (preferred but not required) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
