Conduct daily inspections, scheduled maintenance, and preventive maintenance of production equipment and fixtures Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns; diagnose and repair mechanical faults (hydraulic, pneumatic, transmission, etc.) Establish and maintain equipment maintenance records, documenting root causes, repair plans, and replaced parts Participate in installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment Propose equipment improvement suggestions to enhance reliability and reduce downtime Manage spare parts inventory and submit replenishment requests as needed
Requirements:
Vocational school or high school diploma or above; Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics major preferred 3+ years of mechanical equipment maintenance experience; experience with sheet metal/welding/stamping equipment maintenance preferred Familiar with hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and mechanical transmission principles and maintenance Capable of independently diagnosing and resolving common mechanical faults; basic benchwork skills Relevant certifications (fitter certificate, etc.) preferred; responsible and dependable Why work with Minth?
