Job Summary The Part-Time Painter / Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the appearance and condition of Club facilities through pressure washing, painting, finishing, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance. This position plays a key role in preserving the Club standards by cleaning exterior surfaces and performing interior and exterior painting projects, touch-up work, drywall repairs, and general maintenance tasks throughout the property. Supervisory Responsibilities None Duties/Responsibilities Performs pressure washing and cleaning of Club buildings, sidewalks, patios, pool areas, outdoor furniture, service areas, and other exterior surfaces as a primary responsibility. Operates pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently while following all safety and environmental guidelines. Schedules and performs routine pressure washing to maintain the Club appearance and cleanliness standards. Performs interior and exterior painting of club facilities, including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, railings, fences, and other surfaces. Prepares surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming as needed. Repairs drywall damage, holes, cracks, and other surface imperfections. Matches paint colors and finishes to maintain a consistent appearance throughout the property. Assists with minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs as needed. Performs routine inspections of club facilities and reports maintenance concerns. Assists with facility setup, renovation projects, and special events as directed. Follows all safety procedures and uses appropriate PPE. Supports preventative maintenance efforts throughout the property. Required Skills/Abilities Experience operating pressure washers and surface-cleaning equipment preferred. Knowledge of proper cleaning methods for concrete, brick, wood, painted surfaces, and other exterior materials. Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing applications. Working knowledge of basic carpentry, drywall repair, and facility maintenance practices. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience with commercial pressure washing, painting, facilities maintenance, or related trades preferred. Experience in general building maintenance is a plus. Valid driver's license preferred. Work Schedule Part-time position with a flexible schedule based on Club needs. Typical schedule ranges from 20-30 hours per week and may include occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and lifting. Ability to safely work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation. Must be capable of working on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated work areas.Benefits
