As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to ensure the proper maintenance and repair of our property and equipment. This position reports to and supports the Chief Engineer. Duties

• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and property to identify any issues or potential problems
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operations
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts inventory
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Must have excellent attendance record
• Ability to work individually and as a part of a team
• Ability to use Quore app a plus
• Reports to Chief Engineer/Lead Maintenance Technician Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Knowledge of property maintenance best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
