The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting various systems within our facility. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and customer service skills to ensure the smooth operation of all equipment and systems. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure. Troubleshoot and repair programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automated systems. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities. Conduct hydraulic system maintenance and repairs, ensuring optimal functionality. Provide technical sales support as needed, assisting with equipment recommendations and solutions. Maintain HVAC/R systems to ensure efficient climate control within the facility. Operate scissor lifts safely for maintenance tasks at elevated heights. Use precision measuring instruments to assess equipment performance and compliance with standards. Execute welding tasks, including stick welding, as required for repairs or modifications. Read and interpret schematics to diagnose electrical issues effectively. Perform electrical maintenance on high voltage and low voltage systems. Collaborate with field service teams to address complex maintenance challenges. Uphold safety standards while performing all maintenance duties. Qualifications Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or in industrial maintenance roles. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in manufacturing facilities. Familiarity with HVAC systems, hydraulics, and electrical systems is essential. Proficient in using tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other precision measuring instruments. Ability to analyze problems effectively and implement solutions promptly. Previous experience as an industrial electrician is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for effective customer service interactions. Military experience is valued but not mandatory; however, it may enhance your candidacy. A commitment to safety protocols and practices in all aspects of work.
