ResourceTek, a leader in technical support services, is hiring Mechanical and Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to support preventive maintenance programs for our client in Blytheville, Arkansas. These positions offer the opportunity to work with large industrial equipment, solve complex mechanical problems, and help improve equipment performance and reliability. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair large industrial equipment Perform preventive maintenance inspections and corrective repairs Install, replace, upgrade, assemble, and disassemble mechanical components Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems Assist with mechanical and electrical repairs Analyze equipment problems and identify opportunities to improve performance and reliability Prioritize maintenance and troubleshooting activities based on operational needs Follow established safety procedures and maintenance standards What We're Looking For Previous industrial mechanical maintenance experience Experience troubleshooting and repairing large industrial equipment Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ability to perform preventive maintenance inspections and diagnose equipment issues Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience is beneficial for multi-craft positions Welding experience is a plus but is not required Willingness and availability to work overtime as needed First-shift positions are available. Overtime will often be required based on operational needs.
