Industrial Lincoln, AR 1st Shift $15/Hour Job Details Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Professional to support the safety, cleanliness, and day-to-day maintenance of their facility. This hands-on position is responsible for maintaining interior areas of the building, completing basic repairs, assisting with equipment and mechanical maintenance, and helping keep the facility operating safely and efficiently. The ideal Maintenance Professional will be mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, dependable, and comfortable working independently while also supporting the maintenance team and production operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic maintenance or mechanical experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workplace. Key Responsibilities
Complete minor facility repairs and general maintenance, including repairing broken locks, replacing light bulbs, and addressing basic building issues.
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on production equipment.
Assist with cleaning and maintaining machinery, equipment, and facility areas.
Perform basic mechanical maintenance and repairs as needed.
Identify maintenance, safety, and facility issues and report them to the appropriate supervisor or maintenance personnel.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Assist production and other departments with facility-related needs.
Safely operate common hand tools and maintenance equipment.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and maintenance guidelines.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Prioritize maintenance tasks and complete assignments in a timely manner.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Previous experience in facility maintenance, mechanical maintenance, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
Basic mechanical and maintenance knowledge.
Ability to perform minor repairs and troubleshoot basic facility or equipment issues.
Comfortable using common hand tools and maintenance equipment.
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and organized facility.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Dependable, punctual, and willing to assist wherever needed.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn new skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to bend, kneel, climb, reach, and work in various positions.
Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as required.
Ability to work around production equipment and in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to wear required PPE and follow all workplace safety requirements.
