Service Technician
Job Description
We're looking for an experienced technician with a strong background in commercial or industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, equipment repair, troubleshooting, plumbing, electrical systems, or automated equipment to help maintain and repair our car wash facilities and equipment. The Role:
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control-system issues Diagnose equipment performance gaps and failures efficiently Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections Repair and maintain pumps, motors, plumbing systems, chemical systems, automated equipment, and car wash tunnel equipment Fix issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining a focus on safety and quality Take ownership and initiative of assigned equipment and facilities Communicate effectively with the Service Team, Operations, vendors, and leadership Help prevent repeat issues and inefficiencies through proper planning and maintenance Document repairs, parts used, and completed work Remain calm under pressure, act decisively, maintain flexibility, and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment Occasionally assist with after-hours, weekend, or emergency service needs Why Splash?Competitive Pay:

Hands-on experience working with commercial or industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, facilities maintenance, field service, or automated equipment Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment issues Experience working with pumps, motors, plumbing systems, mechanical equipment, electrical components, or automated systems Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and decision-making skills Ability to read basic schematics, diagrams, manuals, or equipment documentation Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Ability to work independently, take ownership of equipment, and respond with a sense of urgency Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to travel approximately 10% Ability to work occasional nights and weekends when neededPreferred, But Not Required:
Car wash equipment experience Commercial or industrial electrical experience Motor controls, control panels, PLCs, or VFDs Pumps or water systems Welding or fabrication Mechanical or electrical certifications Must be at least 16 years of age to apply.
