Woodworking Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform troubleshooting and repairs for process equipment, irrigation controls, irrigation lines and heating systems. Operate and perform preventive maintenance procedures on multiple machine types, process equipment and building maintenance issues in a timely fashion. Effectively use electronic schematics, technical manuals, and test equipment to determine defective components and perform repairs. Work from various heights including, but not limited to ladders and aerial work platforms. Apply practical knowledge of electronics ex: relay logics and three-phase electricity. Welding Adhere to company safety policies and procedures. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Ability to perform basic plumbing and carpentry procedures. Flexible hours, this position will require weekend work and overtime as needed. Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with co-workers. Basic mathematics, ability to understand percentages, measurements, volume and rate. Ability to work directly under management or with moderate supervision to perform the task at hand in a timely and effective manner. Ability to carry out instructions in written, oral, or graphic form. Ability to work well with a team across all departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Highschool diploma or equivalent (GED) 2 years or more experience in industrial maintenance HVAC, welding and advanced electrical experience is a plus. Computer literacy.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand, kneel, squat and climb (use of ladders) for extended periods of time Ability to lift 50lbs. Ability to perform in various temperatures over 100F to below freezing.
