$20 to $25 an hour, W-2, paid every other Wednesday. That is the first thing you want to know, so it is the first thing in this ad. I'm Koen. I own Pro Seal AZ in Gilbert. We clean and seal paver driveways, patios and pool decks, and we install epoxy garage floors, all over the Phoenix Valley. Licensed contractor, ROC #353769. WHAT A TUESDAY LOOKS LIKE

You meet at the shop in Gilbert in the morning and load the truck with your crew partner. Most days it's one house. You pressure wash, re-sand the joints, spray sealer, mask and prep a garage, roll epoxy, and walk the finished job with the homeowner. Two-person crews, so you are never on a job by yourself. THE SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday. No on-call. No weekends. If we ever need a Saturday, it's asked, not assumed, and it's paid extra. Summer starts are early because of the heat, and we take the heat seriously with water, shade breaks and a written safety policy.

WHAT YOU ACTUALLY NEED A

valid driver's license and a record clean enough to drive a company truck. A phone. Someone who shows up when they say they will and cares whether the job looks right. That's the list. One more thing, and I'm upfront about it: we work in people's homes, so our techs look sharp. Regular haircuts, beard trimmed, clean uniform. If that's already you, good. Bring nothing else. Every truck, pressure washer, sprayer, sealer and piece of safety gear is ours. I'm not going to ask you to spend your own money to work here. Experience is not required. Nobody is born knowing how to seal pavers. We teach you our process and pay you while you learn it.

WHERE THIS GOES

You start at $20 to $22 depending on what you bring. Lead techs who run their own truck and crew make $25. We're a small company that's growing, and the next crew leads and estimators are going to come from the guys already on the trucks. This is a career if you want one, not a summer job.
