Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the premises
• Perform condo complex general maintenance and repairs
• Coordinate and direct landscapers on a weekly basis
• Perform minor landscaping duties
• Ensure the safety and security of the premises
• Enforce condo complex rules and regulations

• Requirements:

• Previous experience in handyman type maintenance and repair work
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Good communication skills to interact with residents
