Payson Fence & Barns is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our fence crew. We are a tight-knit team, so reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with others are extremely important to us. We're looking for someone who shows up, works hard, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with our company. Our crews install a variety of residential, commercial, agricultural, and ranch fencing, including wood privacy, chain link, ornamental iron, pipe, field and livestock fencing, gates, and custom fence projects. Daily work may include setting posts, digging post holes, mixing and pouring concrete, installing fence and gates, welding, loading and unloading materials, operating tools and equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe jobsite. This is a full-time position with overtime available. Fencing and/or welding experience is preferred, but not required for the right person. We are willing to train someone who is dependable, motivated, willing to learn, and has a strong work ethic. Compensation is based on experience and skill level, including fencing and welding experience.
