Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently.Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants
- Ensure compliance with safety maintenance best practices
