Job Description

Our Mission The Role + Maintain the integrity of all physical structures, meet safety standards, and ensure a well-maintained living environment for community members, visitors, and team members + Ensure the community meets the Company's standards for show quality by daily inspecting community + Anticipate, identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner + Use YARDI to track work orders and make ready progress + Maintenance of Fire sprinklers, backflow, panel, and alarm compliance including inspections and updated permits + Maintain a clean work area, tools, and equipment. Responsible for obtaining, maintaining, care, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company + Achieve high expectations for the upkeep of the community and swiftly address maintenance concerns + Practice proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, property, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues + Develop strong personal relationships with our community members + Achieve high community member satisfaction and promote retention + Provide hospitable and high-quality service to ensure a memorable experience for all + Has a professional working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service and a valid driver's license + Proven experience in HVAC /maintenance repairs preferably in lease ups, multifamily housing, Active Adult, or hospitality + HVAC /Pool Certifications and experience preferred + Must have strong plumbing and electrical skills + Must possess strong attention to detail + Experience using YARDI or other property management software + Effective communication skills with an ability to build collaborative partnerships + Servant leader mindset and passionate about making a difference in other's lives + Devoted sense of accountability and solution-oriented + Must have general knowledge of
OSHA , ADA
