This role is responsible for keeping our restaurant clean, safe, well-maintained, and ready to operate at its best every day. You'll work alongside a small team during evening and overnight hours, with a focus on deep cleaning, floor care, preventative maintenance, equipment care, and basic facility repairs. $20-$23/hour Full-Time Position Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Training Consistent Evening/Overnight Schedule Sundays Off Hands-On Maintenance Experience Growth & Development Opportunities Small-Team Work Environment What You'll Do Deep Cleaning & Floor Care Deep clean floors, restrooms, kitchen areas, storage spaces, and other areas of the restaurant Operate commercial floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment Detail drains, baseboards, corners, and hard-to-reach areas Follow proper sanitation, food safety, and chemical-handling procedures Take pride in leaving the restaurant clean, safe, and ready for the next day Maintenance & Equipment Care Perform routine inspections of restaurant equipment and facility areas Complete preventative maintenance tasks Troubleshoot minor equipment and facility issues Perform basic repairs when appropriate Replace light bulbs, tighten fixtures, and address general maintenance needs Identify larger repair needs and communicate them to restaurant leadership Help keep equipment operating safely and reliably Facility Support Complete maintenance and cleaning checklists Identify potential problems before they become larger repairs Maintain an organized, safe, and well-cared-for facility Assist with coordinating specialized repairs when outside service is needed What We're Looking For Dependable, consistent, and self-motivated Strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team Willing to learn and take ownership of responsibilities Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work Able to lift up to 50 lbs and bend, kneel, reach, and stand for extended periods Available for a consistent evening/overnight schedule, typically 9:00 PM-3:00 AM, up to 6 nights per week Committed to high standards for cleanliness, safety, and organization Experience Is a Plus Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, restaurant maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, or other hands-on work is preferred. Experience with commercial floor equipment, hand and power tools, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, or commercial kitchen equipment is also a plus. Certifications are not required.
