PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Perform planned maintenance, and regular servicing on a variety of building systems and equipment which may include but is not limited to water heaters, plumbing fixtures, fire alarm, intercom, lighting and security systems Perform general repairs to facilities, including drywall, painting and furniture, fixtures and equipment. Must document and maintain accurate records for maintenance and equipment repair. Must be able to perform multiple tasks, be self-motivated, and be responsible. Maintain familiarity with working from diagrams, blueprints, plans and specifications. Work independently both from written work orders and from verbal instructions to resolve system problems. Perform job set-ups including delivering materials to and the clean-up of completed projects. Perform other job-related duties as assigned to advance district priorities.
