Job Description
The City of Tolleson is seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as Maintenance Technician II

- Semi-skilled and skilled maintenance and repair principles, practices, and methods

- Operating heavy equipment
- Operating small hand and power tools
- Operating a vehicle
- Performing semi-skilled or skilled labor
- Inspecting, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving maintenance and repair issues
- Performing basic mathematical calculations
- Utilizing communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interactions with coworkers, supervisors, the general public, and others to sufficiently exchange or convey information and to receive work direction.
Heavy Work:
Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of forces constantly to move objects. Incumbents may be subjected to moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, vibrations, fumes, odors, dusts, gases, poor ventilation, chemicals, oils, extreme temperatures, and intense noises.Full Salary Range:
$25.85- $36.
