AB_5029002 In this role you will apply advance skills and knowledge of manufacturing engineering discipline to develop and implement manufacturing processes, meet the current and future production volume, quality, OHS and cost requirements. As a reliability and maintenance technician you will assist in the development, execution and testing of new and existing products. Hours 6pm-2:30am with possible OT (Temp to Hire) salary: $28.21 - $42.31 per hour shift: First work hours: 6 PM - 2:30 AM education: Bachelors Responsibilities The primary role is to apply advanced skills, knowledge and adhere to all safety protocals and ensure regulatory compliance to maintain manufacturing processes, equipment, facilities and documentation. Assists in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance and optimization of automated manufacturing systems. This role focuses on robotics, PLCs, HMIS, sensors ensuring system reliability, minimal downtime and continuous process improvements. Ability to be effective preventative maintenance plans and schedules for automated equipment and systems Hands on keep all documentation up to date within the quality systems Keeps management appraised of escalating abnormal or critical situations Utilize complex blueprints and schematics and troubleshoot problems Proficient with Pnumatics and electrical systems Excellent problem solving skills Konwled of Allen Bradley Controls systems preferred Technical vocational training experience BS degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred 3+ years of manufacturing preferrably in the medical area. The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes working in a non-temperature controlled environment standing for 6 hours at one time working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week Skills Electronic Maintenance Mechanical Maintenance Electrical Engineering General Maintenance Inspecting robotics (2 years of experience is required) pregmatics (3 years of experience is required) Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
