Maintenance technician with

EXCEPTIONAL SKILL IN PLUMBING

to work with our maintenance staff, handling all aspects of a large private

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

portfolio in Southern California. We are Long Beach and orange county based. The technician must have a strong knowledge Plumbing—able to clear all clogs and do new pipe installations and repairs along with plumbing tenant improvements. other skills are also helpful like having additional skills in HVAC, electrical, drywall,, carpentry, Tenant Improvements., He must have experience and the ability to make sure jobs get done properly the first time. He must be fluent in English, and be "hands on" for every job. Our properties are mostly office buildings, but include retail, residential and a small amount of industrial buildings as well. the technician must be highly organized , self. motivated and efficient in their work product and work well with others.. The hours are generally 7:00-4:00 daily, but the hours are somewhat flexible. You need to have a meticulous attention to detail and understand that "done is done."
