Maintenance Mechanic

$32-$40/hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Full-Time We are looking for a hands-on Facility Maintenance to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is a self-starter, quick learner, and takes pride in going above and beyond . You'll play a key role in keeping our facility running smoothly by using your technical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and improve critical systems. If you're someone who takes initiative and enjoys solving complex problems, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Lead and perform daily maintenance and repair tasks Troubleshoot HVAC, boiler, and mechanical systems Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime Diagnose and support wastewater system operations Complete welding and fabrication work as needed Work with compression and impression equipment Operate a forklift safely when required Identify issues proactively and implement solutions Partner with the Maintenance Manager to support facility goals
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environment. Electrical knowledge (motors, sensors, controls) Proficient with hand and power tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes. Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, stooping, bending, reaching, grasping of both hands. Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50lbs continuously. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with fluctuating temperatures and noise levels. Must maintain company attendance standards. Flexible work schedule (e.g. Weekends and holidays) Forklift certified is a plus Welding experience
