The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and safety of our facilities. This role requires hands-on experience with plumbing and electrical work, along with general repair skills. The Maintenance Handyman will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-operational environment for staff and visitors. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel related to job duties. Duties Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address issues proactively Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks as required Carry out electrical work including troubleshooting, repairs, and installations to ensure electrical systems are safe and functional Complete general repairs such as fixing doors, windows, fixtures, and furniture Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in good condition Assist with safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime Document maintenance activities and report on completed tasks Skills Proven experience in plumbing and electrical work with the ability to troubleshoot effectively Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues Valid driver's license preferred; mileage reimbursement provided for travel related to job duties Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining safety standards

Pay:
