We are a family-run company seeking a full-time maintenance person for our 131 unit apartment community in Carmichael. We are not a management company, but rather own the property. So, you will be working directly for the owner. Duties include painting, sheetrock repair, apartment turnovers, light electrical, plumbing (including the ability to replace in-unit water heaters), light carpentry, and basic HVAC repairs. At least two years of experience as a maintenance person at an apartment property of at least 60 units is required . Living on-site is not required, but is a huge plus

• Have a current, valid driver's license, vehicle, registration and insurance as well as a reliable vehicle
• Have an acceptable DMV record
• Pass a criminal background check
