Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation and safety of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background, with expertise in appliance repair, HVAC systems, refrigeration, and mechanical systems maintenance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply technical skills in a dynamic environment, contributing to the seamless functioning of our operations. The Maintenance Technician will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and execute repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards and operational protocols. Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues across various equipment and systems. Install, service, and maintain appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and HVAC systems, including air conditioning units. Read schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to accurately identify problems and implement effective solutions. Operate company vehicles for on-site repairs or equipment deliveries while following safety guidelines. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for documentation and reporting purposes. Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks, improve procedures, and enhance overall maintenance operations. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams accurately. Experience with HVAC system repair, air conditioning units, kitchen equipment maintenance, and appliance installation is essential. Knowledge of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices within commercial or industrial settings. Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various environments. Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Pay:
