This is a hands-on position that will be a mix of working from our Folsom warehouse and traveling to customers' homes for scheduled service calls throughout the greater Sacramento area. We're looking for someone who is a strong problem solver, takes initiative, works well independently, and doesn't need to be constantly supervised. Hot tub, pool, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, or similar mechanical experience is a plus. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair hot tubs and spa equipment Complete scheduled service calls at customers' homes Perform repairs and service work at our Folsom warehouse Troubleshoot pumps, heaters, jets, plumbing, control systems, and other spa components Perform routine hot tub inspections and maintenance Test and balance water chemistry and safely handle spa chemicals Clean and replace filters and other components as needed Identify problems and take initiative to determine the appropriate solution Clearly explain service issues, repairs, and basic maintenance to customers Maintain accurate service records, including repairs performed and parts used Keep service vehicles, tools, parts, and warehouse work areas clean and organized Assist with other warehouse and operational tasks when needed What We're Looking For Self-motivated and able to work independently Takes initiative and stays productive without needing constant direction Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Comfortable using hand and power tools Dependable, punctual, organized, and responsible Able to manage a daily schedule and complete jobs efficiently Professional and comfortable working directly with customers at their homes Willing and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate company vehicles Able to perform physical, hands-on work, including lifting and moving equipment Hot tub, pool, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, or similar service experience is preferred Knowledge of water chemistry and spa/pool equipment is a plus Compensation & Position This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with their hands, troubleshooting problems, and taking ownership of their work.
