Position Overview:
This role supports professional office environments by responding to tenant service requests and performing light repairs. Ideal for technicians who value customer service and professionalism. What You'll Do Respond to tenant work orders and service requests Perform light repairs including patching, painting, doors, and ceiling tiles Handle minor plumbing and electrical maintenance Assemble and install dispensers, signage, fixtures, and furniture Conduct inspections and basic troubleshooting Communicate regularly with supervisors and report completed work Follow all safety procedures and standards
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to tenant work orders Perform light repairs and minor plumbing/electrical tasks Conduct inspections and troubleshooting Communicate professionally with tenants and supervisors
Qualifications:

Pay:
$32.00 - $35.00 per hour
