As a Facilities/Handyman you will:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various properties, such as fixing CCTV cameras, network connections, making network cables, replacing light bulbs, building furniture and equipment, pulling cables, etc. Safely operate equipment such as a forklift or lift Assist other tradespeople with more complex projects, such as electrical wiring, HVAC installation, or carpentry work. Report any major issues or damages that require further attention or professional intervention. Ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Follow safety guidelines and regulations when performing tasks. This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity!

Pay Rate:

$21.00

• $23.00 per hour DOE
