This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who can lead teams, improve equipment reliability, and support safe, efficient production operations. The Maintenance Mechanic / Leader will play a key role in reducing downtime, strengthening preventive maintenance programs, and supporting compliance with food safety, quality, and safety standards. This is a strong opportunity for a maintenance professional who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and making a measurable impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and mentor maintenance technicians and supervisors to promote safety, accountability, and strong performance. Plan, prioritize, and oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, automation, and PLC-related equipment issues. Manage equipment installations, capital projects, vendor relationships, maintenance budgets, and spare parts inventory. Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, HACCP, SQF, food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and improve production efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits Pay range:

$30 to $35 per hour.
