Join a Reputable Construction & Facilities Services Company We are a well-established and reputable company in the construction and facilities maintenance industry , and we are looking for an experienced, well-rounded Handyman / Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled, dependable professional who can handle a wide variety of commercial repair and maintenance projects. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, can work independently, and is comfortable troubleshooting and completing different types of repairs. Skills & Experience We're Looking For General handyman and commercial maintenance experience Plumbing

• repairs, fixture replacement, supply lines, drains, etc. Light electrical
• switches, outlets, ballasts, lighting repairs and basic troubleshooting Drywall repair, patching and painting Flooring installation and repair
• a strong flooring background is a definite plus VCT LVT Laminate flooring Ceramic tile Quarry tile Cove base Concrete repair and basic concrete work Door, hardware and general building repairs Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine the appropriate repair Ability to read measurements and work from job specifications Ability to use common hand and power tools safely and effectively Qualifications Previous experience in commercial construction, facilities maintenance, or handyman work Strong knowledge of multiple construction trades Ability to work independently and manage assigned jobs Professional appearance and good communication skills Reliable transportation and a clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening Valid driver's license Ability to safely lift, carry and maneuver materials and equipment as required What We Offer We offer the opportunity to work with a professional and growing company performing a variety of commercial construction and facilities maintenance projects.
