Dynamic and hardworking knowledgeable in emergency repair services for residential garage doors, fences, gates, door openers, and related equipment.

Duties:
Performed installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of commercial and residential door systems. Worked with automatic gates, gate operators, and related access systems. Assisted with loading dock systems and loading dock equipment to support safe and efficient operations. Performed service and repairs on high-speed doors, rolling steel doors, fire doors, sectional doors, hangar doors, storefront doors, and overhead doors. Provided emergency repair services for residential garage doors, fences, gates, and door openers. Assisted with troubleshooting equipment issues and identifying repair or replacement needs. Supported installation and replacement of door components and related hardware. Maintained a strong focus on safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices. Proficiency with CMMS software for work order management and record keeping. Solid knowledge of HVAC/R systems, electrical diagnostics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Skilled in welding techniques such as stick welding and the use of precision measuring instruments for accurate repairs. Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems using multimeters (voltmeters, ammeters), schematics, and engineering troubleshooting methods. Experience with industrial electrician tasks including low voltage wiring and electrical blueprint reading. Strong mechanical knowledge of industrial equipment repair, analysis skills for diagnosing issues efficiently, and customer service orientation when collaborating with team members or external vendors.
