Essential Duties and Responsibilities Working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and painting. Assists other engineering staff with repairs to locks, plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, minor stucco repairs, etc. Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations. Coordinates the servicing and repairing of systems for lighting, heating, ventilating, fire, drainage, plumbing, electrical, painting, swimming pools and related maintenance activities. Monitors all work done by outside contractors and communicates the status of each project to the Maintenance Supervisor Maintains accurate maintenance and repair records of equipment and machinery. Evaluates repair of maintenance equipment. Visually inspects Clubhouse, community spaces and BOH areas to replace light bulbs, lamps, switches, etc. Does maintenance of parking lots, tennis courts, swimming pools and other recreational areas. Ensures that all building maintenance, repair, and cleaning activities are identified, scheduled, and completed. Maintains the common area and clubhouse ground's sprinkler system. Keeps the maintenance areas safe, clean, and well-lit. Responds to emergencies at any time. Maintains inventory of cleaning, maintenance, repair, and related supplies. Maintains club vehicles. Completes other appropriate assignments made by the Maintenance Supervisor. Skills Proficient in electrical systems with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair. Strong mechanical knowledge applicable to various types of machinery and equipment. Experience in welding techniques for metal repairs and fabrication. Background in facilities maintenance within residential or manufacturing environments.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
