Must be able to work at a fast pace when necessary. This individual will also prep food items for the following day, put away orders and clean up the kitchen including dishes when shift ends. Person will also act as a bar back and cashier to assist baristas with orders. Training to make coffee and other beverages will occur after other tasks are mastered. Must be a motivated individual who can multi task several duties as once. The individual MUST possess excellent customer service skills or you will not be successful at IW.
