Senior Facilities Maintenance Construction Sp St Johns Community Health - 3.1 Indio, CA Job Details Full-time $30 an hour 1 day ago Benefits 403(b) matching Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance Flexible spending account Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance 403(b) Life insurance Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Construction industry experience Working on construction projects Full Job Description Handyman to have (6) plus years health care related construction experience with significant skills in the following: Finished carpentry, rough carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, HVAC repair/ maintenance and operations, plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring (carpet tile, VCT, ceramic tile), Acrovyn installation, tenant improvements, doors/ hardware, minor equipment repair, masonry, concrete, anchoring, landscaping and irrigation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required (6) plus years construction experience Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and internet software Bilingual English/Spanish a plus (read, write, speak) Flexible schedule and availability to work overtime Team player with good communication and customer service skills
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs a combination of the following duties: Must be a self-starter, able to effectively analyze and solve repair and maintenance and construction issues. Must be able to execute a wide and scale of construction projects. Must have a commitment to quality work, neat and organized, accomplished efficiently and quickly. Ability to deal with a wide variety of daily tasks often under deadline. Comfortable in our communities. Attend meetings, trainings, and other work-related events as needed.
