Company parties Opportunity for advancement We are looking for a reliable and motivated Maintenance Associate or Mechanic Helper to join our team for a Warehouse/Logistics. This position involves assisting with repairs, maintenance, and general mechanical work to keep our equipment and facilities running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks Assist senior mechanics with equipment troubleshooting Maintain tools and work areas in good condition Follow safety procedures and company policies Identify issues proactively and implement solutions Partner with the Maintenance Manager to support facility goals

Qualifications:

Some maintenance experience Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Warehouse, Logistics Experience Welding experience

Forklift Experience Benefits:

Full-time, consistent schedule (Monday-Friday) 5am-1:30pm Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity to learn and grow within the company
