We are seeking a detail‑oriented General Maintenance Associate to manage the production, sortation, and distribution of all system‑generated documents required for daily warehouse operations. This role ensures accurate and timely delivery of reports, labels, billings, and other essential documents to support store order processing. Position Summary The General Maintenance Associate is responsible for producing, sorting, and distributing all system‑generated forms—including reports, store billings, labels, and more. This role ensures strict adherence to daily deadlines, so the facility has the documents needed to process orders accurately and efficiently. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate printers, terminals, and computers safely to generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual documents, including reprints and Cognos reports.
- Drop CVS store orders, create new store setups, and manage batch printing, holds, and combinations as needed.
- Complete and update the daily Operations Plan in a timely manner and balance work between RX and Front Store.
- Sort and distribute all printed documents to the appropriate supervisors, offices, and mailboxes.
- Troubleshoot interruptions in billing processes by communicating with Management, EXE, and Data Support teams.
- Contact vendors for equipment repairs and notify Supervisors of maintenance needs.
- Submit technical tickets as needed and keep Managers informed of issues or delays.
- Communicate with leadership immediately if downtime impacts operational performance; reprioritize workload accordingly.
- Maintain on‑site inventories and send weekly inventory reports to Corporate and Supervisors.
- Track and log all downtime events to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a daily log of batch print times.
- Process rush orders and respond to corporate requests, ensuring timely handling and coordination with appropriate departments.
- Process new hire and separation documents.
- Process all daily RX re‑bills.
- Maintain, operate, and assist with troubleshooting all IBM and SATO printers; support basic WMS hardware maintenance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management or Supervisors. Marginal Functions
- Operate copier equipment to produce additional report quantities as requested.
- Produce supplemental reports needed by facility personnel.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized Computer Room and ensure equipment is dust‑free and properly maintained.
- Perform other tasks as requested by leadership. Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Ability to operate terminals, PCs, IBM printers, and related equipment.
- Strong telephone communication skills.
- Reliable and consistent attendance.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variation, rolling equipment, and conveyors.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to use UPS shipping equipment. Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ months of warehouse experience. Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
