Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Floor Tech to maintain and upkeep carpet and hard surface floors.
Hourly Pay:
$23.50 The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Shift:
Mon-Fri (6pm-2:30am) On-call and part time

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available
  • No experience required and on the job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required Must have a valid Driver's License.
Preferred:
  • Customer service experience
  • 2-3 years of similar work experience This position is only to cover/on-call.
Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Strips, seals, finishes, and polishes floors Cleans and vacuums carpeted areas, including application of spot cleaning treatment Drives vehicles (if required) to perform or travel to cleaning work, including vans, industrial trucks, or industrial vacuum cleaners Miscellaneous duties as assigned Floor person is responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpet and hard surface floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning. Responsible for using safety measures in work areas. Duties also include assisting the Building/Account Lead with special projects including but not limited to, setups, breakdowns, move in/ move outs). Floor Tech must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
