Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a solid background in managing hardware module programs (from Proto to DVT), managing suppliers. Minimum Qualifications
  • Understand of Product development process and has successfully taken a module from Proto to PVT
  • Demonstrated experience with project management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, spreadsheets, bug tracking systems) to manage complex workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple open items, follow up on pending feedback, and drive tasks to closure.
  • end-to-end ownership of complex module schedules.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to concisely document, technical findings in tickets (e.g., Buganizer/Jira) and reports.
  • Ability to manage multiple suppliers and CMs, balancing timelines, logistics, and deliverables.
  • Exposure to supplier evaluation, OEM selection, and contract manufacturing models. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with automotive TIER1 or OEM component evaluation processes and facilities.
  • Understanding of major automotive manufacturing processes such as design for manufacturing or design for assembly, Validation & Dashboarding Roles & Responsibilities
  • Organize design validation across our Client's and their suppliers' (HW DVP dashboard).
  • Facilitate internal requirements and verification, including software alignment for key perception milestones requiring vehicle-level testing.
Configuration & Change Management:
○ Manage component change control process (CCB). ○ Track Prototype, Engineering Vehicle Testing and Production Configurations throughout the vehicle development life cycle.
  • Document issues and track them to closure.
System Integration & Strategy:
○ Support trade studies to help drive decisions and balance competing requirements. ○ Assist in identifying "gaps" between subsystems to ensure they are understood and covered by tests.
  • Handle purchasing, PO tracking, and coordination of Bill of Materials (BOMs) and hardware readiness.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance across quality, cost, and delivery metrics; maintain supplier scorecards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and other X-functional team teams to track hardware development schedules and resolve cross-functional blockers.
Salary Range:
$100,000-$125,000 a year
