We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential & Commercial Garage Door Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with both residential and commercial garage doors and openers . This position requires a technician who can confidently install, repair, troubleshoot, and diagnose garage door systems while providing excellent customer service. Our technicians represent our company directly in the field, so customer satisfaction is our #1 priority . We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates professionally with customers, and can identify problems and determine the best solution. Responsibilities Install, repair, service, and replace residential and commercial garage doors and related components Install and troubleshoot residential and commercial garage door openers/operators Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and determine appropriate repairs Troubleshoot springs, cables, rollers, hinges, tracks, drums, openers, operators, safety devices, and other garage door components Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections Identify problems, explain repair options to customers, and recommend appropriate solutions Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment safely and efficiently Read measurements, technical information, and manufacturer specifications Maintain a clean and safe work environment Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently Communicate professionally with customers, office staff, and management Provide a high level of workmanship and customer service on every job Experience & Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of residential and commercial garage door experience required Experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting garage doors and garage door openers/operators Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work independently in the field Experience using hand tools and power tools Ability to safely perform heavy lifting and physical work Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, professional, and able to manage assigned jobs efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred What We're Looking For We are looking for a technician who takes ownership of their work and does more than simply replace parts. Pay:

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
