We are a family-owned screen printing and embroidery company looking for a mechanically handy, computer-literate person to help keep our equipment and facility clean, organized, and maintained. You'll check MaintainX daily, complete assigned maintenance and cleaning tasks, keep accurate records, and give management clear updates. We're looking for someone who can organize their work, follow through, and handle routine responsibilities without constant supervision. Responsibilities Check MaintainX daily for scheduled maintenance, work orders, and overdue tasks. Clean production machines and equipment using approved procedures. Complete routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs within your training and authorization. Update MaintainX with completed work, photos, parts used, and any issues needing attention. Keep management informed about progress, equipment problems, missing supplies, and tasks that are blocked. Follow up on unfinished work and flag problems requiring an outside technician. Keep tools, parts, maintenance supplies, and work areas organized. Follow safety procedures, including required equipment shutdown and lockout/tagout. Qualifications Mechanically handy and comfortable using common hand and power tools. Computer literate and comfortable learning maintenance software. Clear communicator who provides useful updates and asks questions when needed. Able to prioritize assigned work, solve routine problems, and work independently. Reliable and organized Can combine hands-on equipment upkeep with machine and facility cleaning.
